1. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. All of our tailoring services come with a satisfaction guarantee to ensure you receive the fit and finish you expect.
1.1 Inspection Period
We encourage customers to try on altered garments before leaving our premises. For garments collected without immediate inspection, we offer a 7-day period to report any concerns or issues with our work.
1.2 Quality Standards
All our work is held to professional tailoring standards. This includes:
- Even stitching and proper tension
- Matched thread colors
- Proper finish and pressing
- Secure fasteners (buttons, zippers, hooks)
- Consistent measurements as agreed upon
2. Alterations and Adjustments
2.1 Fit Adjustments
If you are not satisfied with the fit of an altered garment, we offer one round of adjustments at no additional cost, provided:
- The adjustment request is made within 7 days of receiving the garment
- The garment has not been worn (except for trying on)
- The requested adjustments are within reasonable scope of the original alteration
2.2 Additional Alterations
For changes beyond the scope of the original service or after the complimentary adjustment period, standard charges will apply.
3. Repair Services
3.1 Repair Quality
If a repair does not meet our quality standards or fails within 30 days under normal use, we will re-repair the item at no additional cost.
3.2 Limitations
Our repair guarantee does not cover:
- Further damage to already compromised fabrics
- Repairs subjected to unusual stress or improper care
- Decorative or non-functional elements of a repair
4. Custom Tailoring
4.1 Bespoke and Custom Garments
For custom-tailored garments, we offer:
- Multiple fittings during the creation process
- One round of adjustments after completion
- Minor adjustments for up to 30 days after delivery
4.2 Deposits and Payments
Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials have been cut. However, we are committed to resolving any issues to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final product.
5. Resolution Process
5.1 Reporting Issues
To report an issue with our services:
- Contact us within the specified timeframe
- Clearly describe the concern
- Schedule an appointment for assessment
- Bring the garment in its unaltered state since service
5.2 Resolution Options
Depending on the nature and extent of the issue, we may offer:
- Free adjustments or repairs
- Partial or complete service credit
- Refund of service fees in exceptional circumstances
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Delicate or Damaged Materials
For services performed on delicate, damaged, or vintage materials, we will discuss potential limitations and risks beforehand. In such cases, we may offer limited guarantees based on the condition of the original material.
6.2 Third-Party Garments
For garments that have been previously altered by another tailor, our guarantee applies only to our specific work.
